Community Benefit grant application
Partnering to improve the health of our community
Is your organization making a difference in the community? If so, we'd like to hear from you. The OMHS Community Benefit program provides financial assistance to nonprofit organizations who are working to build a brighter, healthier tomorrow.
Apply for a grant
In order to apply, an organization's activities or project must address identified health needs and seek measureable improvement in health status, access to care or use of healthcare resources. Funds are also available to non-profit entities offering specific programs and activities not directly related to healthcare, but which address root causes of health problems.
