Mammograms for Life

Early detection.

It's the key to defeating breast cancer. The earlier breast cancer is detected, the better the patient's outlook. 

At the Foundation For Health, we believe there should be no obstacles to detecting breast cancer as early as possible. That is why we offer Mammograms for Life, to make potentially life-saving mammograms available--free of charge--to women who might otherwise be unable to afford them. Through Mammograms for Life, women who are uninsured, underinsured, or who have no other means of obtaining a mammogram may receive free screenings. 

But we don't stop there.

Should an abnormality be found, we offer free diagnostic services, including diagnostic mammograms and ultrasounds. And for women diagnosed with breast cancer, we will help you access the very best sources of treatment and support available. 

If you are between the ages of 40-64, reside in the OMHS service area , and are interested in obtaining a free mammogram, contact our program coordinator today.
