Controlling Your Diabetes So It Doesn’t Control You…
The OMHS Diabetes Health Resource Center is located on the main floor of the HealthPark. We offer a team of certified diabetes educators who will work closely with your doctor to effectively manage your diabetes.
To talk with your family doctor or any member of our staff about our program—all we need is a physician referral to get you started. All programs are recognized by the American Diabetes Association for quality education and most are covered by private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.
