Membership is open to everyone. We offer therapeutic memberships designed for those who need to care for a chronic health condition, such as diabetes or heart disease, as well as corporate memberships and special assistance programs. Each member receives a MicroFit^TM health assessment completed by a trained exercise physiologist, a personalized exercise program and a fitness equipment orientation.
