Our Heritage

In helping to found the Mitchell Memorial Cancer Center, the late Frank Mitchell and his wife Ann hoped the new facility would become a beacon of light to cancer patients and their families, as expressed in this statement:

“Cancer has so closely affected our family.  It is our hope and prayer that each future cancer patient will receive the best possible treatment and the chance of being cured.  We hope that their families might be relieved from some of the fear and loneliness associated with this disease.

We extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Dattatraya Prajapati, Dr. Jewarj Maheshwari and Dr. Tristan Briones and the oncology staff for the loving care and support they have provided our family.”

Frank (1938-2004) & Ann Mitchell

Since opening our doors in 2005, we have strived to meet these expectations by delivering the highest quality patient treatment and care available.
