What to Bring

The following checklist can help us diagnose and treat your condition:

  • List of all medications

When you arrive, sign in at the reception desk. The ER practices triage to evaluate the severity of your condition and the priority of treatment. The outcome of your visit to the ER depends on the severity of your condition. You may be treated and released, transferred to the appropriate medical facility or admitted.
