Education and Support Programs

OMHS provides a wide variety of education and support resources through the Women's Health Department and our Wellness programs.  We're dedicated to providing education and support for the physical and mental health of the women of our community.  Programs include:

• Life Balance Program

• Heart of a Woman

• High Blood Pressure Screening

• Prenatal Counseling

• Lactation Counseling

Inpatient Education and Support

The OMHS nursing staff at the Women's Unit and New Life Birthing Center is specially trained in the unique needs of a woman's health.  During your stay you'll have access to our library of in-room video education.  We provide pamphlets and literature as an additional resource on just about any woman's health subject for your convenience.

Outpatient Education and Support at HealthPark

Our commitment to women's health continues with the outpatient treatment, monitoring and rehabilitation in the clinics and programs at the HealthPark.  More than just treatment, we conduct prevention programs and community education outreach on woman's physical and mental health. For a list of the programs available, click on to Wellness & Services Programs.
