Inpatient Treatment

A doctor referral is required for all inpatient treatment.  Once your visit has been arranged and your specific procedure is scheduled please call for reservations in the Women's Health Unit.

Outpatient Treatment

Outpatient treatment and rehabilitation at the HealthPark does require a doctor's referral.  If you have any questions or need help getting a doctor's referral, don't hesitate to call us at 270-683-WELL.
